ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಬಂಧನದ ಭೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾಸನ ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ರೇವಣ್ಣ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಕೆಆರ್ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ಅಪಹರಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆರೋಪದ ಜೊತೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೂ ನಂಟಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ,
ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ಎದುರು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆನಂತರ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಚನ್ನರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಗನ್ನಿಕಡ ತೋಟದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮಹಜರು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್, ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಮೂವರು ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಎಸಗಿದ ಪೈಶಾಚಿಕ ಕೃತ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು.ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ
ಹಾಸನ ಮೂಲದ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಾಯಕಿಯೂ, ಮಾಜಿ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯೂ ಆದ ಮಧ್ಯವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತೆ, ” ಸಂಸದರ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸರಕಾರಿ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಕೃತ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ” ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಇದರಿಂದ ಸರಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತೆಯಾಳಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿದ ಆರೋಪದನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 3ನೇ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಗೆ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 30ರಂದೇ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮೇ 1ರಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ವಕೀಲ ಅರುಣ್ ಜಿ. ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ 7 ದಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದರು. “ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ, ನನ್ನ ವಕೀಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಿಐಡಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸತ್ಯ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಹೊರಬರಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಅದರಂತೆ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಪರ ವಕೀಲ ಅರುಣ್, ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಬಳಿ ಏಳು ದಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಏಳು ದಿನ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಕೂಡಲೇ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಬಂದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ತಾವೇ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಇಂಟರ್ಪೋಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ 196 ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಆರೋಪಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಒದಗಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಮೇ 15ರ ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದ್ದು,ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೇ 15ನೇ ತಾರೀಖು ಎಲ್ ಹೆಚ್ 764 ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಬರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿದೆ. ಜರ್ಮನಿಯ ಮ್ಯುನಿಚ್ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಇಮಿಗ್ರೇಶನ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಮೇ 15ರಂದು ಎಲ್ ಹೆಚ್ 764 ಮೂನಿಚ್ ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಟರ್ಮಿನಲ್ 2ಗೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ 12:30ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಮಾನ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ಬರುತ್ತಾರಾ ಅಥವಾ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಟವಾಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರಾ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಕಾದು ನೋಡಬೇಕಿದೆ.
