ಈ ಮೂಲಕ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಬ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಏಕ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸಬ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ದೂರುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದ್ದವು. ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ದಂಧೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವು ನಾಯಕರು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸಬ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಯಮ ರೂಪಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಬೈರೇಗೌಡ ಅವರು ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ಕಲಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ 90ಜನ ಕೇಂದ್ರಸ್ಥಾನ ಸಹಾಯಕರು/ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಬ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು
ಏಕ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಸಹ ಹಣ ವಹಿವಾಟು ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರುಗಳು ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಾರ್ಹ.
ಇಲಾಖೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ರಶ್ಮಿ ವಿ. ಮಹೇಶ್‌ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 04ರಿಂದಲೇ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸ್ವ-ಇಚ್ಚೆಯಿಂದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
