ಆದರೆ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಅಷ್ಟು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಕಾನೂನು ತಜ್ಞರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ದೊರಕಿವೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರವಷ್ಟೆ ಅವರು ಹೊರಬರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದರ್ಶನ್ ತಮಗೆ ಮನೆ ಊಟ ತರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಮನಿಸಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಕೂಡ ಸಿಗುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.
