ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನಾನು ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ತಯಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಹೆದುರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ತಯಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಜನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದಂತೆ 17 ಎ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿ ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆತಿಲ್ಲ.ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಓದಿದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡುವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನಿನ್ನೆಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಈಗಲೂ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ದೂರುದಾರರು ಮೈಸೂರಿನವರು, ಮೂಡಾ ಕೂಡ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಇಂದಿನ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಆದೇಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಕೀಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮೂಡಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾ.ಪಿ.ಎನ್.ದೇಸಾಯಿಯವರ ಆಯೋಗದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
