    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅ.17- ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಟಿಎಂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ (ATM Sarkara) ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಐಟಿ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ನಗದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವೆಡೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ.
    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸದಾನಂದ ಗೌಡ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮೂರು ಎಟಿಎಂ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ವಿನೂತನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದರು.
    ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸದಾನಂದಗೌಡ, ಹೊಟೇಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ತಿಂಡಿಗೆ ರೇಟ್ ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಇರತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ ಗೂ ರೇಟ್ ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯರೊಬ್ಬರು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.

    ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಮನೆ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಐಟಿ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವ ನಗದು ಮತ್ತು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಯಾರು ಯಾಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು. ವಿದ್ಯಮಾನ ಗಮನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಯತ್ನ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಪರದೇಕೆ ಪೀಚೆ ಏನೋ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದೆ, ಅದು ಬಯಲಾಗಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಕೇಸ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
    ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕತ್ತಲೆ ಭಾಗ್ಯ,ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಉಚಿತ ಸ್ಕೀಂ ಎಂದು ಕೈ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಹಾಲು ಹಾಲ್ಕೋಹಾಲ್ ಎರಡರ ಹಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ತಪ್ಪುಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೊಲಗಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಜನರ ಭಾವನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

    ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ 40% ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೆವು. ಈಗ ಅವರದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣವೂ‌ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಇನ್ನೇನು ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
    ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಛಲವಾದಿ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಪಂಚರಾಜ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆ, ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಇದೆ. ಸಮಯ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಶುರುಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಂಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್‍ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಏಜೆಂಟರ್ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
    ಮಂಚದ ಕೆಳಗೆ 42 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮಲಗಿತ್ತು. ಐಟಿ ರೈಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಾರಸುದಾರರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಳಿ ಹಣವೇ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೂ 40% ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಆರೊಪ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಾವು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀವಿ ಎಂದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣನವರನ್ನ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿಸಿದರು. ಈಗ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಡಿ ಬಾರ್- ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್‍ನವರಿಂದ ಸುಲಿಗೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದಸರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಂದ ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ನಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ವಾಪಸ್ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕಮಿಷನ್ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಇದು 60% ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಂದು ತಿರುಗೇಟು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
    ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಕಾರಿಗಳೇ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದರು. ಅಕಾರಿಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ದರ ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಖಜಾನೆಗೆ ಹಣ ಹೋಗುವುದು ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಸೆಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಡಿಗೆ 100 ರೂ. ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಿ, 25% ಡಿಸ್ಕೌಂಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು
