    ರೈತ, ದಲಿತ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಹೋರಾಟ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖಂಡರ ನಿಯೋಗದ ಜತೆ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ದುಡಿಯುವ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಲವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

    ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ, ಗೋ ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, ಬಗರ್ ಹುಕುಂ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ 12 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ನಿಷೇಧ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಸಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಒಟಿಎಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ , ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕನ್ನು ಹೋರಾಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಘದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು.
    ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು:
    ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ರೈತರ ಸಾಲ ವಸೂಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಾರದೆಂದು ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

    ಬಗರ್ ಹುಕುಂ, ಅಕ್ರಮ – ಸಕ್ರಮ, ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಕಂದಾಯ, ಅರಣ್ಯ, ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವರು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.
    *ಎಪಿಎಂಸಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಜಂಟಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

    ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಗಳ (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ – Karnataka) ಮಸೂದೆ, 2023 ರಡಿ 12 ಗಂಟೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಪಡೆದು ಮೊದಲಿನಂತೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ
    *ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 79 ಎ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇಧಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿರುವ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
