ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಈ ಕುರಿತು ತಾವು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ನಿಯಮಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐಗೆ ವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಇದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಜನರನ್ನು ದಿಕ್ಕು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಿರುಚುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳಿ ಸುಳ್ಳನ್ನು ಸತ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಂಡದವರು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದಲ್ಲ, ಎರಡಲ್ಲ, ಸಾವಿರ ಬಾರಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೋ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದನಾಗುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
