ಕೇಸ್ ನಂಬರ್ 11/2024 ಅಡಿ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಎ1, ಎ2 ಆಗಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಪತ್ನಿ ಪಾರ್ವತಿ, ಎ3 ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಬಾಮೈದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂಮಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿದ ದೇವರಾಜು ಎ4 ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸ್ನೇಹಮಯಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್, ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 24ರ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
