ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 3 ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಚನ್ನಪಟ್ಟಣ, ಶಿಗ್ಗಾಂವಿ, ಸಂಡೂರು ಮೂರು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ಜೊತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕೆಲವು ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೂರೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಶ್ರಮ ಹಾಕಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತೀ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಜಿದ್ದಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದವರಂತೆ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರೆದುರು ಬಯಲುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮುಗಿದ ಮರುದಿನವೇ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಸಿ.ಟಿ.ರವಿವರೆಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ರಾಶಿ ರಾಶಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಹೊಸ ಹೊಸ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ, ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ, ಸಂಜೆ, ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವರೆಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ತನಿಖಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ IT ED ದಾಳಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಯಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಜಾತಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಒಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ, ಪಂಚಮಸಾಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಿಲುವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಯಾ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಈ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಮನದಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಣಿ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಯಂಕರ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ
