ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ನಟ ದರ್ಶನ್ ತೂಗುದೀಪ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ” ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜೈಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದೆ.
ಸದ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಬಂಧನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದರ್ಶನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಜಾಮೀನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎಸ್‌. ವಿಶ್ವಜಿತ್‌ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಇದನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು, “ದರ್ಶನ್ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ” ಎಂದು ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದರು ಅಂತೆಯೇ, ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪಿ.ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 28ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದರು.
