ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಗಳಿಕೆ ಆರೋಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಬರುವ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 3 ರಂದು ಖುದ್ದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಡಿವೈಎಸ್‌ಪಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅಕ್ರಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಗಳಿಕೆ ಆರೋಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ‌ಇ.ಡಿ ದಾಳಿಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಜಮೀರ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಗಳಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇವರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಗಳಿಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಇ.ಡಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಕಳೆದೆರಡು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ನೋಟಿಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
