ರೇಣುಕಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಇನ್ನಿತರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಜಾಮೀನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಅವರ ಕಾನೂನು ತಂಡ ಕಪಿಲ್ ಸಿಬಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಪಿಲ್ ಸಿಬಲ್‌ರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನ ವಾದ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ, ಕೇಸ್ ಹಿಸ್ಟರಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಪರ ವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಮಾ.18 ರಂದು ಕಪಿಲ್ ಸಿಬಲ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದರ್ಶನ್‌ ಪರ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲ ಸಿವಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್‌ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ನಟ ದರ್ಶನ್‌, ಅವರ ಆಪ್ತೆ ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಡಿ.13 ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಕೀಲ ಅನಿಲ್ ನಿಶಾನಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬರೋಬ್ಬರಿ 1,492 ಪುಟಗಳ ಕಡತಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು.
