    ಲೂಧಿಯಾನ ಮೂಲದ ವಕೀಲ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಖನ್ನಾ ಎಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ನಟ ಸೋನು ಸೂದ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಮೋಹಿತ್ ಶುಕ್ಲಾ ಎಂಬುವವರು

    ಆದರೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಗೆ ವಂಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ವಕೀಲ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಖನ್ನಾ ಅವರು ಮೋಹಿತ್ ಶುಕ್ಲಾ‌ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ವಂಚನೆ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳಲು ಸೋನು ಸೂದ್ ಅವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಗೈರಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಬಂಧನ ವಾರಂಟ್ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
    ಸೋನು ಸೂದ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮುಂಬೈನ ಅಂಧೇರಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಓಶಿವಾರಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಲೂಧಿಯಾನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
    ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೋನು ಸೂದ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸೋನು ಸೂದ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಆದೇಶ ಪ್ರತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
