ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕೆಇಆರ್ಸಿ ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ, 2025-26ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೂನಿಟ್ಗೆ 36 ಪೈಸೆಯನ್ನು ಏರಿಸಿದೆ. ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಚ್ಯುಟಿ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಎಫ್ಕೆಸಿಸಿಐ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ 2024ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 25ರಂದು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು 2024ರ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 30ರಂದು ಕೆಪಿಟಿಸಿಎಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್ಕಾಂಗಳು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಇಆರ್ಸಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದವು. ಅದನ್ನು ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಕೆಇಆರ್ಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಜೆ.ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
