    ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲ್ಲೇ ಭೋವಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
    ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕೋಟಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಗೂಳಿಹಟ್ಟಿ ಶೇಖರ್ ಆಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    13 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಆಡಿಯೊ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಅವರು, ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಅವಧಿಯ ಕೊನೆಯ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ನಾನು ಭೋವಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಟ್ಯಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ
    ಆಗ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕೋಟಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್‌ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲು ಹೋಗಿದೆ ಕೋಟಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಂಬಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ 50 ಕೋಟಿಯಿಂದ 60 ಕೋಟಿಯಷ್ಟು ಹಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂತು? ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಲ್ಲವೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಜಾತಿಗೊಂದರಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಅವ್ಯಹಾರ ಮಾಮೂಲಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ವಿವೇಚನಾ ಕೋಟಾದಡಿ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಶೇ 15, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ 5ರಷ್ಟು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಆಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೋವಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭೊವಿ ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖಂಡರ ಪಾತ್ರವೂ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಸಮಾಜದ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಕೂಡ ತಲುಪಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿಐಡಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್‌.ಸಿ.ಮಹದೇವಪ್ಪ ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ತನಿಖೆ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಏಕೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಭೋವಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐ ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಐಡಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆಯಾದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸತ್ಯ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಮುಂದುವರೆದು ಅವರು ಹಾಸನದ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್‌ ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹದೇ ಆರೋಪ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಂಸದೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್‌.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೂ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ. ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಸಾವಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನುಮಾನಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏಕೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
