    ಪುಣೆ ಪೋರ್ಷೆ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತನ ತಂದೆ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಡೆವಲಪರ್ ವಿಶಾಲ್ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಒಡೆತನದ ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೆಸಾರ್ಟ್‌ ನಿಯಮ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಒತ್ತುವರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಸಾರ್ಟ್ ನ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಲಸಮಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.
    ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರದ ಮಲ್ಕಾಮ್ ಪೇಠ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರ ಪಾರ್ಸಿ ಜಿಮ್ಖಾನಾ (ಎಂಪಿಜಿ) ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಏಕನಾಥ್ ಶಿಂಧೆ ಅವರು ಸತಾರಾ ಕಲೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಜಿತೇಂದ್ರ ದುಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಈ ರೆಸಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ ಅದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
    ಅದರಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನೆಲಸಮಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.
    ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 10 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಪಾರ್ಸಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಪರವಾಗಿ 30 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಜಿಮ್ಖಾನಾಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಈ 10 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪಾರ್ಸಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ವಸತಿ ಬಳಕೆಗಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿತು.
    2016ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಿಯ ಅಜ್ಜ ಎಸ್‌ಕೆ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋಪಿಯ ಅಜ್ಜಿ ಉಷಾ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನೂ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
    ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು
    ವಸತಿ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾರ್ಸಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಜಿಮ್ಖಾನಾ ಆಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಬಳಿಕ ವಿಶಾಲ್ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಜಿಮ್ಖಾನಾವನ್ನು ರೆಸಾರ್ಟ್ ಆಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.ಇದು ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿತ್ತು.
