ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿಪ್ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದ ದೂರ ಉಳಿದ ಶಿವರಾಮ್ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೂ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಸಚೇತಕ ದೊಡ್ಡನಗೌಡರ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದು,ಮಾ.5ರೊಳಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 10ನೇ ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್‍ನಡಿ ಬರುವ ಪಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಅನರ್ಹತೆ ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ಫೆ.26ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶವಂತಪುರ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ.ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್,ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಸಾ ಭಾಂಡಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕುವಂತೆ ವಿಪ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ ಅವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಮತ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಅರವಿಂದ ಬೆಲ್ಲದ್ ವರದಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇನ್ನೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿಪ್ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸದೆ ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಶಾಸಕ ಶಿವರಾಮ್ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸಕರ ಭವನದ ಅವರ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ವಿಪ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಯಲ್ಲಾಪುರದ ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಪ್ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.ಆದರೆ, ಅವರು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕಾರಣ ಮತದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನನಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೋಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ದುರದ್ದೇಶವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
