    ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ DK Shivakumar, ‘ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಎರಡು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮೂಲಕ 200 ಯುನಿಟ್ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್, ಗೃಹಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಯಜಮಾನಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 2000 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

    ‘ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 42 ಸಾವಿರದಂತೆ 5 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿರೋ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರತಿ ಬೂತ್ ನ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೂ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
