ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು : ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಸೂರು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಸತಿ ಸಚಿವ ಜಮೀರ್ ಅಹಮದ್ ಖಾನ್ ಅವರು, ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ಮೊತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಭರಿಸಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಮನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸೋಣ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ವಂತಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸದೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಕಷ್ಟ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಬದಲು ಐದು ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಗುರಿ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಆದರೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ಅನ್ವಯ ಆಗದು. ಫಲಾನು ಭವಿಗಳ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಲೇಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವಾಂಬೆ, ಹುಡ್ಕೋ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಡಿ ವಸತಿ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ ಶಿಥಿಲಗೊಂಡು ಪುನರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಲಿನ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರವೇ ಗುದ್ದಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಯಿಟು.
ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಾಸಕರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕಂತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಿ. ಆದರೆ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹಳೇ ವಸತಿ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಕೆಡವಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೀಸಲು ಇಡುವಂತಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಗ್ರಹಿಸಿತು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ, ಘೋಷಿತ, ಅಘೋಷಿತ, ವಾರಸು ದಾರ ರು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಜಮೀನು ಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
