{"id":608,"date":"2022-04-09T17:16:54","date_gmt":"2022-04-09T17:16:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/15.206.146.159\/?p=608"},"modified":"2022-04-09T17:16:55","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T17:16:55","slug":"the-fbi-is-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/varthachakra.com\/en\/the-fbi-is-here\/","title":{"rendered":"The\u00a0 FBI is here."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The\u00a0 FBI is here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are&nbsp; reports&nbsp; that&nbsp;&nbsp; FBI officials from the&nbsp; US&nbsp; investigating agency have&nbsp; arrived in Karnataka to investigate the&nbsp;&nbsp; bitcoin case, which has created a&nbsp; stir in the state&#8217;s politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;&nbsp; FBI team has been &nbsp;tracking down Sriki, the mastermind of the Bitcoin scam, to collect&nbsp; the details of many of his contacts.&nbsp; The&nbsp;&nbsp; investigating agency, which has not given any information to the state police in&nbsp; this regard,&nbsp; is tracing its own&nbsp; sources&nbsp; and investigating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;The development&nbsp; comes in the&nbsp; wake of rumours that&nbsp; some influential and strategically positioned politicians and IPS&nbsp; officers of the&nbsp; state&nbsp; are involved in the&nbsp; bitcoin karmakanda of Sri Ki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; An&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; FBI team had&nbsp; informed the Union&nbsp; Home Ministry in&nbsp; this&nbsp; regard&nbsp; after it was found that&nbsp; Bengaluru was the&nbsp; source of&nbsp; the global&nbsp; bitcoin scam. The&nbsp; state police, which conducted an investigation on the centre&#8217;s instructions, had a glimpse of the&nbsp; viraat nature of Sriki&#8217;s&nbsp; arrest. Now, the news that&nbsp; the investigation team has returned to Bengaluru has created an uproar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Home Minister Araga Jnanendra, however,&nbsp;&nbsp; clarified that no such investigation team has come to Bengaluru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp; am responding to the&nbsp; media only after getting information from senior police officers.&nbsp;&nbsp; No official has come to the state to investigate the bitcoin&nbsp; case.&nbsp; This is speculation, he said.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0 FBI is here.
