ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ವಿವಾದ ಇದೀಗ ತೀವ್ರ ಸ್ವರೂಪ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರೇ ಇದರ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದು,ಇದನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ವಾಲೀಕಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ 187 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದಲಿತರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗುಳುಂ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸಿದ್ಧ ಹಸ್ತರು ಈಗ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಮುಡಾದಲ್ಲಿ 4,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಗುಳುಂ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತೊಮೆ ತಮ ಕೈ ಚಳಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್‌ ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರೇ 4,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಗುಳುಂ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಮ ಬಳಿ ಉತ್ತರವಿದೆಯೇ, ಗೋಲ್ಮಾಲ್ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಧರ್ಮ ಪತ್ನಿ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲೂ ನಿಯಮ ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹೊರಬಂದಿದೆಯಲ್ಲ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿರುವ ಮುಡಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡದೆ, ಕೇವಲ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೈ ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀರಲ್ಲ, ಯಾರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ಎಂದು ತರಾಟೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
4,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಈ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಡ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಿಬಿಐಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಥವಾ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ತನಿಖಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಐಎಎಸ್‌ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಹಾಕಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದೀರಲ್ಲ ಈ ಹಗರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ ಪಾಲೆಷ್ಟು? ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ನಮಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದ 3 ಎಕರೆ 16 ಗಂಟೆ ಜಮೀನು ರಿಂಗ್ ರೋಡ್ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಕೆಸರೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಭಾವಮೈದುನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಗೆ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹೋಗಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
50: 50 ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕಾನೂನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೇ ಮೂಡಾದವರು ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಹಂಚಿದ್ದರು. ಹಂಚಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಮಗೆ ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಅದರಂತೆ 50:50 ಕೊಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿದರು” ಎಂದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ, ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆವು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನಾಂತರ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪೇನಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
