ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಒಟ್ಟು 14 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನರ್ಹ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಆಹಾರ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆಎಚ್ ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 4.35 ಕೋಟಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು 1.51 ಕೋಟಿ ಪಡಿತರ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು 13.87 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅನರ್ಹ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 3.64 ಲಕ್ಷ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ 2,964 ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅರ್ಹ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯದೇ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ರದ್ದಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ಮುಂದುವರೆದು ಅನ್ನಭಾಗ್ಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅನ್ನಭಾಗ್ಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗೆ ಐದು ಕೆಜಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಬದಲಿಗೆ 170 ರೂ.ಗಳ ನೇರ ನಗದು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ (ಡಿಬಿಟಿ) ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
