    ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ
    ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಕಲುಷಿತಗೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಲುಷಿತ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನೇರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಅವರು ತುಕ್ಕು ಹಿಡಿದ ಹಳೆಯ ಪೈಪ್‌ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ 15ದಿನಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೀರಿನ ಮೂಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತರಣಾ ಬಿಂದುವಿನಲ್ಲಿನ ನೀರಿನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಾಕೀತು ಮಾಡಿದರು
    ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲವಾದ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಮೂಲದಿಂದ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜಲ ಮೂಲಗಳು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು
    ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಘನ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇನ್ನೂ 55 ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಘಟಕಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನೀರು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣ ಘಟಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಳಚೆ ನೀರು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಕೆರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ದಳವಾಯಿ ಕೆರೆಗೆ ಕೊಳಚೆ ನೀರು ಸೇರುವುದನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು
    ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಹೊಸ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಕ್ಯಾಂಟೀನ್‌ಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಜಾಗ ಗುರುತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 70 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಕ್ಯಾಂಟೀನ್‌ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ಗುರುತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹೊಸ ಮೆನು ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗನೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
    15ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಆಯೋಗದ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 33803 ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳು ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 23714 ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 2799 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, 1883 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ವಾರಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ ಕರೆದು, ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
    ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ :
    ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ 224 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಸೂಲಾತಿಗೆ ಬಾಕಿಯಿದೆ. ಹಳೆ ಬಾಕಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಸೂಲು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವರ್ಷದ ಜೂನ್‌ ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೆ 806 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಸೂಲು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, 1053 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವಸೂಲಾತಿಗೆ ಬಾಕಿಯಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಸೂಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
    ಎಸ್.ಎಫ್.ಸಿ. ಮುಕ್ತನಿಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪಂಗಡದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.24.01 ಅನುದಾನ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
