ಜನರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು, ಶತ್ರು ಭೈರವಿ ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸೂರ್ಯ ಚಂದ್ರ ಇರುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸತ್ಯವೋ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸೋಲುವುದೂ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಸತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಮಂಡ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಹುಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾನೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ನೋಡೋಣ ಎಂದು ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಣದ ಹೊಳೆ ಹರಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು ಜನರು ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮನ್ನಣೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ತುಂಬಿದ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಯಾವತ್ತೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೈ ಬಿಡಲ್ಲ, ಬಿಡುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಭಾವುಕರಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕೋಲಾರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ ಬಾಬು ಅವರು ಜಯ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಸಂತಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಜನರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಸಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾಡಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಜತೆಗೂಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
