ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದಿದೆ 2003 ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದಿದೆ 2003 ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕಳೆದ ಜನವರಿ 1 ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳ, ಪ್ರಾಣಿವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ರೋಫಿಯನ್ನು 3 ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲುಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಅದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಂಜಿ ಪೂನಚ್ಚ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟ್ಟಪ್ಪ ರವರು ಉಚ್ಚನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾವೆಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
