ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತೆ ಮುನ್ನೆಲೆಗೆ ಗೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ.
ಎರಡುವರೆ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ವಿಚಾರದ ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ವತಃ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರೇ ಇದೀಗ ಮೌನ ಮುರಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ. ನಾವು ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ನೀಡುವ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ,
ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡರ 515ನೇ ಜಯಂತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ರವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಗಳು ಬಹಿರಂಗ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಈ ಮನವಿ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಂಚಲನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿತು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳಾದರೂ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ. ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರವಾದಿ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಸಿಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಪಕ್ಷ ಯಾವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
