Stranded Students
SSLC students were stranded at Lalithadripura in Mysuru on Friday morning due to non-availability of buses on time.
The students of Lalithadripura in Mysuru stopped at around 8.30 am near the bus stand to go to the examination centre as there was a Hindi exam for class X students.
From Sathagalli depot at 9 pm
The 202 buses that were supposed to arrive were 9 45 but the students were left stranded when they did not arrive.
He then drove to the examination centre on his relatives’ scooters and autos. If you ask me what time the timings of the bus have changed, i won’t tell you what time it will be for a day or two. If we fail in the exam, our future will be ruined ,” the students lamented.
Buses used to come at the rate of one hour every day but for a few days the buses are not coming on time due to which the public is facing a lot of problems. The students were transported in autos like sheep herds.
If you ask the KSRTC staff about this, they will reply arrogantly that the bus was in a bad shape and the public is angry that the bus is breaking down every day.
