ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಫೋಟೋ/ರೀಲ್ಸ್ /ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಬಿಡುವುದು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಕೆಲಸಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಡದೇ ಇರುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಘನತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುತ್ತವೆ ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಬದ್ಧತೆ, ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಫೋರಮ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದರ ಬಳಕೆ ಈ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವಂತಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮ (ನಡತೆ) ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ದಾಖಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಖಾತೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಲೋಪ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
