ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜ. 2, : ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 2023-24ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 40,53,59,320 ರೂ. ಲಾಭಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಇಂಧನ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಜೆ ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಇಂಧನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಯಮಿತ (ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್) 2023-24ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದ 135.12 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೊತ್ತದ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಲಾಭದ ಮೇಲೆ ಶೇ.30 ಲಾಭಾಂಶ (ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್) 40,53,59,320 ರೂ. ಮೊತ್ತದ ಚೆಕ್ಅನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.
ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಮಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿಧಿಗೆ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೊತ್ತದ ಚೆಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಟಿ.ಡಿ. ರಾಜೇಗೌಡ, ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಪರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಗೌರವ್ ಗುಪ್ತ, ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಕೆ.ಪಿ. ರುದ್ರಪ್ಪಯ್ಯ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
2024ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಕ್ರೆಡಲ್ನ 106ನೇ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2023-24ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. 2024ರ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 105ನೇ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನಿಧಿಗೆ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಧನ ಸಹಾಯ ನೀಡಲು ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಶೇರುದಾರರ 28ನೇ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
