ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕೈ ಹಾಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನೇ ಕೇಳಿದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನೇನಾದರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಏನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವೇ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದು ಖರ್ಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
