    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅ.22- ಬಿಜೆಪಿ (BJP) ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆ ಚೈತ್ರಾ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಂಚನೆಯ ರೀತಿಯ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್‌ ವಂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು,ಎಫ್‌ಐಆರ್‌ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
    ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಕೋಟಿ ಕೋಟಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಇದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕೊಟ್ಟೂರು ನಿವಾಸಿ, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‌ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ದೂರಿನ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಕಳೆದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಮೀಸಲು ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ವರ ತಂಡವು ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

    ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಪಕ್ಷದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ 65 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಟಿಕೆಟ್‌ ಕೊಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ವಂಚಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 1.90 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 2.55 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಕೊಟ್ಟೂರಿನ ಕಟಾರಿ ಆಪ್ಟಿಕಲ್ ಮಾಲೀಕ ಮೋಹನ್ ಕಟಾರಿಯಾ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖಂಡ, ಹಾಲಿ ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರೇವಣಸಿದ್ದಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಮೂಲದ ಶೇಖರ್ ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ್ ನಿರ್ಲಕಟ್ಟೆ (ರಾಜಶೇಖರ್) ಎಂಬುವವರಿಂದ ವಂಚನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
    ಒಟ್ಟು 1.90 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 65 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ, ತಾವು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹಣದ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಮೇತ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಈಗ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಧಮಕಿ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಹ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ:
    ಹಣ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್‌ಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ತಮಗೆ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ, ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್‌ ಕೊಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಈ ವಂಚಕ ತಂಡವು ತಮಗೆ 2022ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 23ಕ್ಕೆ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ (BJP) ಮುಖಂಡ ಶೇಖರ್‌ಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ನಳಿನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ನಳಿನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಕೂಡಾ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ವಿಚಾರ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡ ಶೇಖರ್ ಎನ್.ಪಿ ಬಳಿಯೇ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ
    ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    2.55 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೋಸ:
    2022ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಹಣದ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ. ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2023ರವರೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 2.55 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಈ ವಂಚಕ ತಂಡ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲಾಹುಣ್ಸಿ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ ಎಂಬುವವರಿಗೆ ಅನೌನ್ಸ್ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿಗೆ ತಾವು ಮೋಸ ಹೋಗಿರುವುದು ಅರಿವಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಅವರು ವಂಚಕರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಹಣ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಏನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀಯೋ ಮಾಡು. ನಿನಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ ಅಂತ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    90 ಲಕ್ಷ ಚೆಕ್‌ ಬೌನ್ಸ್‌:
    ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಸಿಗದಿದ್ದಾಗ ಹಣ ವಾಪಸ್ ಕೇಳಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ 90 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಚೆಕ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 10ರ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಚೆಕ್‌ ಬೌನ್ಸ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಹ ಶಿವಮೂರ್ತಿ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
