ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಹೈ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಮಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರು ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ಅನಗತ್ಯ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಪಾದಿಸಿದರು.
