ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕನೊಬ್ಬ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕ ಮಹಿಳೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಘಟನೆ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಂಚಲನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯ ಮಾಸುವ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಇಂತಹುದೇ ಘಟನೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮ (KSRTC) ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ವಿಜಯಪುರದಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ (Vijayapura – Mangalore) ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದ KSRTC ಸ್ಲೀಪರ್‌ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಯವಕನೊಬ್ಬ ಅದೇ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಯುವತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ವಿಜಯಪುರದಿಂದ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಯುವತಿ KSRTC ಬಸ್‌ನ ಸೀಟ್ ನಂಬರ್ 3ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು. ವಿಜಯಪುರದಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕ ರಾಮಪ್ಪ ಎಂಬಾತ ಅದೇ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀಟ್ ನಂಬರ್ 28ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
ಈ ಬಸ್ ಕಿರೇಸೂರು ಎಂಬ ಬಳಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆಂದು ಡಾಬಾದ ಬಳಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆಂದು ಇಳಿದರೆ ಯುವತಿ ಸೇರಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಮಪ್ಪ ಎಂಬ ಯುವಕ ತನ್ನ ಸೀಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದು ಯುವತಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಯುವಕನೊಬ್ಬ ಸೀಟ್‌ನ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದು ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ವಿಚಲಿತಳಾದ ಯುವತಿ ದಿಢೀರ್ ಬಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ಇಳಿದು ಹೊರಗೆ ಓಡಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಾಬಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬಸ್ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಬಳಿ ತೆರಳಿದ ಯುವತಿ ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೂ ವಿಷಯ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಯುವತಿ ಘಟನೆ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದ್ದಂತೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟಿಗೆದ್ದ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಯುವಕನನ್ನು ಹೊರ ಕರೆದು ಹಿಗ್ಗಾ ಮುಗ್ಗಾ ಬೈದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯುವಕ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ ಮಾಡಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅನುಮಾನಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ಡಾಬಾದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಯುವಕನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಸ್ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನತ್ತ ಹೊರಟಿದೆ. ಘಟನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಗೋಕುಲ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಘಟನೆ ಜರುಗಿದ್ದು ನಿಜ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಬಸ್ ಬರುವುದು ಅರ್ಧ ಗಂಟೆ ತಡವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯುವಕ ಸೀಟ್ ನಂಬರ್ 28 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಘಟನೆ ಜರುಗಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಿರೇಸೂರ ಡಾಬಾ ಬಳಿ ಕೆಳಗಿಸಿ ಬಂದೆವು. ಯುವತಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ ಇಳಿದು ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಹಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೂತ್ರ ವಿಜರ್ಸನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆ ಯುವಕ 25 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ತಾನು ಮೆಕ್ಯಾನಿಕಲ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅಕ್ಷರಸ್ಥನಾಗಿ ಅನಾಗರೀಕರಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಬೈದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಘಟನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
