    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ನ 22: ಅಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕತೆ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಜರಾತ್ (Gujarat) ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕ ಏರಿಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ. ಏಕೆ ಹೀಗಾಯ್ತು ಎಂದು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನು ವಿಶ್ವಗುರು ಎಂದು ಕರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಜನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ ಅನೀಮಿಯ ಮುಕ್ತ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು,ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮಾದರಿ ಎನ್ನುವವರು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಅಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕತೆ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಏರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಏಕೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

    ಗುಜರಾತ್ ನ (Gujarat) ಈ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮಾದರಿ ಆಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಎಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ 4 ಮತ್ತು 5 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
    ಬಡತನ-ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯ-ಅನಕ್ಷರತೆ ಹೋಗದೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮೂರು ಪಿಡುಗುಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೊಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಆಧ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
    ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಸವಲತ್ತು ತಲುಪಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಷ್ಟು ಹಣ ನೀಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

    ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಗುಂಡೂರಾವ್ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸೇರಿ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿ ತೋರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
    ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಗುಂಡೂರಾವ್, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಬೈರತಿ ಸುರೇಶ್, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾದ ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
