ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆರೋಪ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೂವರನ್ನು ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿತ್ತು. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅವರು ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಆರೋಪಿ ಅಭಿನಯಾ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಮೂವರ ಪತ್ತೆಗಾಗಿ ಲುಕ್‌ಔಟ್ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
