    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಅ.17- ದೇಶದ ಹಲವೆಡೆ ವಿಧ್ವಂಸಕ ಕೃತ್ಯ ನಡೆಸುವ‌ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ‌ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ತುಂಗಾ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ (ಟ್ರಯಲ್) ಸ್ಪೋಟ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮೂಲದ ನಾಲ್ವರಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ತನಿಖಾ‌ ದಳ (ಎನ್ಐಎ – NIA)ದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
    ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮೂಲದ ಶಂಸುದ್ದೀನ್, ರಿಜ್ವಾನ್, ನಜೀಬ್ ವುಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ತಮೀಮ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಎನ್ಐಎ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

    ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 19ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದೊಳಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಎನ್ಐಎ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
    2022ರ ಆ.26ರಂದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತುಂಗಾ ನದಿ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರಯಲ್ ಸ್ಪೋಟ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎನ್ಐಎ, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಶೀಟ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
    ಮಾಜ್ ಮುನೀರ್ ಅಹಮದ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೈಯದ್ ಯಾಸೀನ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಶೀಟ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಐಪಿಸಿ 120ಬಿ, 121ಎ ಮತ್ತು 122, 1860, ಯುಎಪಿಎ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 18, 18ಬಿ, 20 ಮತ್ತು 38 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಐಸಿಸ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧ್ವಂಸಕ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಈ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

    ಬಿ ಟೆಕ್ ಪದವೀಧರರಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು 2022ರ ಆ.15  ರಂದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಗೆ ಚಾಕು ಇರಿದಿದ್ದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಗೋದಾಮುಗಳು, ಮದ್ಯದ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳು, ಹಾರ್ಡ್‌ವೇರ್ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು, ವಾಹನಗಳು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಹಾನಿಗೆ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
    ವಾರಾಹಿ ನದಿ ದಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಇಡಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಸ್ಫೋಟ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಭಾರತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರು. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಧ್ವಜ ಸುಟ್ಟು ವೀಡಿಯೋ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ತನಿಖೆ ವೇಳೆ ವಿದೇಶಿ ಹ್ಯಾಂಡ್ಲರ್ ಗಳಿಂದ ಕ್ರಿಪ್ಟೋ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
    ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಖಾತೆಗಳಿಗೆ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕ್ರಿಪ್ಟೋ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಮಾಜ್. ಸೈಯದ್ ಯಾಸಿನ್ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಖಾತೆಗೆ 62 ಸಾವಿರ ಹಣ ಜಮೆ‌ಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಶಾರಿಕ್ ಬಾಂಬ್‌ ಬ್ಲಾಸ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ.2022ರ  ನವೆಂಬರ್ 19 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕದ್ರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಇಡಿ ಸ್ಫೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ, ದಾರಿ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಟೈರ್ ಅಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಕಾರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಐಇಡಿ ಸ್ಪೋಟಗೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.
