    ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗ ಗೊಲ್ಲ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ದಿವಂಗತ ಎ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಅಳಿಯ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಕೆ.ನರಸಿಂಹನಾಯಕ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 750 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಪಕ್ಷ ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

    ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ . ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾದವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಗಿ ಎ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ, ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜಾತಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಾತಿಯ ಬಡವರು ಮತ್ತು ಶೂದ್ರ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರು ಇದನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಿಲುವು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
