    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏ.19: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಯೋಗ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಡೆಯಾಜ್ಞೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
    ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪ್ರೇರಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಯೋಗ ದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ನಾಗಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಚೌದರಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು
    ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದನ್ನುಷನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎಂ.ನಾಗಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಅವರು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

    ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಪರ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಕೀಲ ಎ.ವಿ.ನಿಶಾಂತ್, “ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಯೋಗವು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ ನೀಡಿ ಖುದ್ದು ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಪೂರ್ವಗ್ರಹ ಪೀಡಿತ ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ್ದು ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯತತ್ವಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೋರಿದರು.
