    ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿಐಡಿ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
    ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕ ರಮೇಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಅವರು ತಾವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ ನಿಂದ 439 ರೂ. ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
    ತಮ್ಮ ಒಡೆತನದ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಶುಗರ್ಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯುವ ವೇಳೆ ಹಲವಾರು ನಿಯಮ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.ಈಗ ಸಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿ.ವಿ.ಪುರಂ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದೀಗ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿಐಡಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

    ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯ ಶುಗರ್ಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ರಮೇಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ, ಮತ್ತಿಬ್ಬರು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ವಸಂತ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶಂಕರ್ ಪವಾಡೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
    ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಗೋಕಾಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಶುಗರ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ, ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರ/ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಸಮೂಹದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಧಿ ಸಾಲ, ದುಡಿಯುವ ಬಂಡವಾಳದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 2013ರ ಜುಲೈ 12 ರಿಂದ 2017ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.239.88ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಇದು ರೂ.439.7 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.

    ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಗರ್ ಕಂಪೆನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಸಂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸಾಲ ಇರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಷರತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು/ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಕಂಪೆನಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಬಂಧಪಡದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಜನವರಿ ಐದರಂದು ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
