ಮರಿಯಪ್ಪನ ಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಎಸ್.ಎಂ.ದಿವಾಕರ್ ಎಂಬುವರು ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಚಿವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗಂಭೀರವಲ್ಲದ ಅಪರಾಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (ಎನ್‍ಸಿಆರ್) ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಚಾನೆಲ್‍ನ ಸಂದರ್ಶನವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಾಗ ಸಚಿವರು ‘ಊರನ್ನು ಹೊಲಗೇರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈರಲ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
