ಬಸವರಾಜ ರಾಯರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಿ.ಎಂ. ಅವರು ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಯರಡ್ಡಿ ಮುನಿಸು ತಣ್ಣಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸಂಪುಟ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ನೀಡಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಆಪ್ತರೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಶಾಸಕರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಖಾತೆಯ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಇವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ಮೇಲಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಚಿವರು ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬೇಸರ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
